Part of the joy of life’s journey is the people we get to walk it with. Different stages of our journey require new levels of input and investment. Some people who bring strength to our story, we may stumble upon, but others we intentionally invite. The Collective is the opportunity to choose your company, cultivate your conversation, and deepen your commitment. This is all to gain the wisdom God has promised for you, that you will need for the road ahead.

 
 

  • For many leaders, choosing our conversations can often feel challenging, lonely, or like a one-sided narrative. Therefore, we must seek places where the iron within us may be sharpened by the iron in another.

  • The journey of leadership doesn’t have to be lonely, each season of the Collective gathers a community of like-minded women who commit to empowering each other.

    Women are encouraged to develop community through the exclusive online platform, discuss the course content, and form friendships that go on to last far beyond the end of their Collective course. 

  • Throughout our life we invest and commit to many things. Some emotionally, relationally, and others financially. These investments, whether intentional or not, become the harvest we reap. Sometimes we need to assess the seed and change the soil to move into the future we’re called to.

    The Collective is a commitment to give our time and intentionality to invest our hearts and join hands.

It's An Excellent Way to Grow in Leadership& Invest in yourself

The Collective is a 5-month journey that focuses on growing and developing as a leader. It includes monthly conversations led by Charlotte with a small group of other women who are a part of The Collective. The material provided is curated with personal growth and development in mind. Leadership doesn't have to be lonely. Remember that. So often we give all of our focus to others; our friends, families, husbands, and children. While this is a beautiful part of being a woman, so is the unique opportunity to invest in yourself. The Collective will create the space for you to pause and create meaningful moments full of growth just for you.

It Has a Built-In Prayer Network & Virtual Community

Leadership is not meant to be a solo journey! The Collective is specially designed to be a community experience. Each season includes about 20 women in each group. Each participant will be invited to our online community group which is used as a prayer network and offers the opportunity to connect between group meetings.

It Is the Introduction to Season 2 & Collective Retreats

The Collective Season 1 is just the first step in your commitment to leadership. Once you have walked through this first 5-month journey, you will be invited to join Season 2, where we explore these topics at an even deeper level. All Season 2 graduates are invited to our annual destination retreats to experience community in person. This is one of my favorite events of the year!
